Ge\u00e7ti\u011fimiz y\u0131l Uluslararas\u0131 \u00c7al\u0131\u015fma \u00d6rg\u00fct\u00fc (ILO) ile kad\u0131n erkek e\u015fitli\u011finin geli\u015ftirilmesi ve kad\u0131n istihdam\u0131n\u0131n art\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131na y\u00f6nelik protokol\u00fc, hemen ard\u0131ndan da \u015eubat 2020\u2019de BM K\u00fcresel \u0130lkeler S\u00f6zle\u015fmesi (UN Global Compact) ve BM Toplumsal Cinsiyet E\u015fitli\u011fi ve Kad\u0131n\u0131n G\u00fc\u00e7lenmesi Birimi (UN Women) ortakl\u0131\u011f\u0131yla olu\u015fturulan <em>\u201cKad\u0131n\u0131n G\u00fc\u00e7lenmesi Prensipleri\u2019ni (Women\u2019s Empowerment Principles \u2013 WEPs)\u201d&nbsp; <\/em>imzalayan Karsan, bu kez iki \u00f6nemli politika yay\u0131nlayarak konuyla ilgili hassasiyetini yeniden g\u00f6sterdi. Karsan, 25 Kas\u0131m Kad\u0131na Y\u00f6nelik \u015eiddete Kar\u015f\u0131 Uluslararas\u0131 M\u00fccadele ve Dayan\u0131\u015fma G\u00fcn\u00fc ile ba\u015flay\u0131p, 10 Aral\u0131k \u0130nsan Haklar\u0131 G\u00fcn\u00fc\u2019nde sona eren Uluslararas\u0131 16 G\u00fcnl\u00fck Toplumsal Cinsiyete Dayal\u0131 \u015eiddetle M\u00fccadele Kampanyas\u0131 kapsam\u0131nda \u201cToplumsal Cinsiyet E\u015fitli\u011fi Politikas\u0131n\u0131\u201d ve \u201c\u015eiddete S\u0131f\u0131r Tolerans Politikas\u0131\u201dn\u0131 olu\u015fturarak kabul etti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Konu hakk\u0131nda a\u00e7\u0131klamalarda bulunan <strong>Karsan CEO\u2019su Okan Ba\u015f<\/strong>, \u201cKad\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131 her t\u00fcrl\u00fc ayr\u0131mc\u0131l\u0131\u011fa ve \u015fiddete kar\u015f\u0131 oldu\u011fumuzu her ortamda dile getirmeye ve bu konuda toplumda fark\u0131ndal\u0131k yaratmak amac\u0131 ile faaliyetlerimizi devam ettirmeye kararl\u0131y\u0131z\u201d ifadelerini kulland\u0131. Ve bu politikaya uymay\u0131, toplumsal cinsiyet e\u015fitli\u011finde yap\u0131sal, sistematik ve davran\u0131\u015fsal de\u011fi\u015fimlerin hayata ge\u00e7irilerek s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilirli\u011finin sa\u011flanmas\u0131n\u0131 taahh\u00fct ederiz.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>ILO T\u00fcrkiye Direkt\u00f6r\u00fc Numan \u00d6zcan ise kad\u0131n istihdam\u0131n\u0131n art\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 amac\u0131yla Karsan\u2019da y\u00fcr\u00fctt\u00fckleri \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n bir devam\u0131 olarak b\u00f6yle bir politikan\u0131n olu\u015fturulmas\u0131ndan memnuniyet duyduklar\u0131n\u0131 ifade etti. \u00d6zcan, \u201cKarsan\u2019da ba\u015flatt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z toplumsal cinsiyet e\u015fitli\u011fi \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131n \u00fczerinden hen\u00fcz bir y\u0131l ge\u00e7mi\u015fken bu kadar k\u0131sa s\u00fcrede \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n Karsan\u2019\u0131n kurumsal politikalar\u0131na yans\u0131d\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6rmekten ve toplumsal cinsiyet e\u015fitli\u011fi yakla\u015f\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n \u015firketin t\u00fcm s\u00fcre\u00e7lerinde kararl\u0131l\u0131kla uygulamaya ba\u015flamas\u0131ndan memnuniyet duyuyoruz. ILO\u2019nun \u00c7al\u0131\u015fma Ya\u015fam\u0131nda \u015eiddet ve Tacizin \u00d6nlenmesine ili\u015fkin 190 say\u0131l\u0131 S\u00f6zle\u015fmesine uygun bi\u00e7imde geli\u015ftirilen ilk i\u015f yeri politikas\u0131 Karsan taraf\u0131ndan hayata ge\u00e7irilmi\u015f oldu.
