Seri \u00dcretime Haz\u0131rlanan KKTC’nin Yerli Otomobili G\u00dcNSEL, Yeti\u015ftirmek \u00dczere \u00dcretim Personeli Alacak.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tasar\u0131mdan Ar-Ge’ye, \u00fcretimden pazarlamaya t\u00fcm otomotiv s\u00fcre\u00e7lerini yenilik\u00e7i bir yap\u0131da toplayan KKTC\u2019nin yerli otomobili G\u00dcNSEL, seri \u00fcretim \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131na tam g\u00fc\u00e7 devam ediyor. T\u00fcrk m\u00fchendis ve tasar\u0131mc\u0131larca geli\u015ftirilen y\u00fczde 100 elektrikli otomobil G\u00dcNSEL, yeti\u015ftirmek \u00fczere \u00fcretim personeli alacak.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Kas\u0131m ay\u0131nda \u0130stanbul\u2019da kat\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 M\u00dcS\u0130AD EXPO 2020\u2019de sadece T\u00fcrkiye’de de\u011fil d\u00fcnyada da g\u00fcndem olan G\u00dcNSEL’in ilk modeli B9, Yak\u0131n Do\u011fu \u00dcniversitesi b\u00fcnyesinde 100’\u00fc a\u015fk\u0131n T\u00fcrk m\u00fchendis ve tasar\u0131mc\u0131n\u0131n 1,2 milyon saat emekle geli\u015ftirildi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

G\u00dcNSEL, Yeti\u015ftirmek \u00dczere Yakla\u015f\u0131k 100 Ki\u015fi Alacak<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Seri \u00fcretime haz\u0131rlanan G\u00dcNSEL\u2019de m\u00fchendis, tasar\u0131mc\u0131 ve \u00fcretim personelinden olu\u015fan 175 ki\u015filik ekip b\u00fcy\u00fck bir \u00f6zveriyle \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmaya devam ediyor. \u0130lk etapta 1.000 ara\u00e7 \u00fcretecek olan G\u00dcNSEL, ekibini de b\u00fcy\u00fctmeye devam ediyor. G\u00dcNSEL’in kurumsal internet sitesinde, bir\u00e7ok pozisyon i\u00e7in i\u015fe al\u0131m ilanlar\u0131 yer al\u0131yor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

G\u00dcNSEL\u2019in a\u00e7t\u0131\u011f\u0131 ilanlar aras\u0131nda kal\u0131p ustas\u0131, montaj eleman\u0131, makine operat\u00f6r\u00fc, kablaj i\u015f\u00e7isi, lojistik operat\u00f6r\u00fc, kal\u0131phane eleman\u0131, CNC operat\u00f6r\u00fc, plastik enjeksiyon kal\u0131p bak\u0131m ve makine operat\u00f6r\u00fc gibi bir\u00e7ok pozisyon var.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ekibini, yeti\u015ftirmek \u00fczere kadrosuna kataca\u011f\u0131 yeni ara \u00fcretim elemanlar\u0131 ile g\u00fc\u00e7lendirmeyi hedefleyen G\u00dcNSEL, m\u00fchendis ve tasar\u0131mc\u0131 al\u0131m\u0131na da devam ediyor. \u015eirket, 175 ki\u015fiden olu\u015fan mevcut ekibini, i\u015fe alaca\u011f\u0131 yakla\u015f\u0131k 100 ki\u015fi ile g\u00fc\u00e7lendirecek. G\u00dcNSEL, 2025\u2019e kadar \u00fcretim kapasitesini 30 bin araca, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan say\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 ise binin \u00fczerine \u00e7\u0131karmay\u0131 hedefliyor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Lefko\u015fa\u2019da Yak\u0131n Do\u011fu \u00dcniversitesi Kamp\u00fcs\u00fc i\u00e7erisinde yer alan G\u00dcNSEL \u00dcretim Tesisi\u2019nde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmak \u00fczere i\u015fe al\u0131nacak ki\u015filerin en az lise mezunu olmas\u0131 gerekiyor. \u015eirket, ilanlar\u0131nda \u201ctercihen teknik liselerin makine teknolojisi alanlar\u0131ndan mezun\u201d olma vurgusu yap\u0131yor. Ekibe dahil olacak ki\u015filer, G\u00dcNSEL ekibinin 10 y\u0131ll\u0131k bilgi ve tecr\u00fcbesiyle yeti\u015ftirilerek otomotiv end\u00fcstrisine kazand\u0131r\u0131lacak.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

G\u00dcNSEL’i bug\u00fcne getiren ekibin ya\u015f ortalamas\u0131n\u0131n 35\u2019in alt\u0131nda oldu\u011funu s\u00f6yleyen Prof. Dr. \u0130rfan Suat G\u00fcnsel, ekibe dahil olacak ki\u015filerin, yeti\u015ftirilerek, otomotiv end\u00fcstrisine kazand\u0131r\u0131laca\u011f\u0131na vurgu yap\u0131yor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
