InfoX, ara\u00e7 bilgilerini yar\u0131 otomatik olarak olu\u015fturan ve bu bilgileri \u00fcretim \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131 i\u00e7in dijital olarak kullan\u0131ma sunan bir uygulama.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mercedes-Benz T\u00fcrk Ho\u015fdere Otob\u00fcs Fabrikas\u0131 imalat ekibinin deste\u011fiyle IT departman\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan programlanan bir web uygulamas\u0131 olan InfoX, montaj alan\u0131nda yer alan tabletlerde kullan\u0131ma sunuluyor. 2020 y\u0131l\u0131n\u0131n Ocak ay\u0131ndan bu yana Mercedes-Benz T\u00fcrk Ho\u015fdere Otob\u00fcs Fabrikas\u0131\u2019nda kullan\u0131lan InfoX, Almanya\u2019daki Neu-Ulm Otob\u00fcs Fabrikas\u0131\u2019nda da planland\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u015fekilde kullan\u0131lmaya ba\u015fland\u0131.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0130malat hatt\u0131ndaki ara\u00e7lar\u0131n bilgileri daha \u00f6nce tamamen SAP\u2019den manuel olarak okunup, i\u015flenir ve farkl\u0131 programlara aktar\u0131larak (Excel, Word vb.) montaj \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131 i\u00e7in haz\u0131r hale getirilirdi. Bu noktada, bilgiyi \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan d\u00fczeyinde de haz\u0131rlamak m\u00fcmk\u00fcn de\u011fildi. InfoX uygulamas\u0131 sayesinde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n, imalat s\u00fcrecinde hangi par\u00e7an\u0131n hangi istasyonda tak\u0131laca\u011f\u0131 bilgisini g\u00fcnl\u00fck olarak tabletlerinde g\u00f6rmesi m\u00fcmk\u00fcn oluyor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>InfoX konseptiyle bilginin i\u015flenmesi i\u00e7in harcanan \u00e7aban\u0131n yan\u0131 s\u0131ra i\u015flem g\u00fcvenilirli\u011fi de artt\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131. Bu dijitalle\u015fmenin bir di\u011fer art\u0131s\u0131 ise Neu-Ulm ve Ho\u015fdere \u00fcretim tesislerinde toplamda 1,4 milyon yaprak ka\u011f\u0131d\u0131n kullan\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6n\u00fcne ge\u00e7ilmesi. T\u00fcrk m\u00fchendisler ayr\u0131ca InfoX\u2019i daha da geni\u015fleterek &nbsp;t\u00fcm EvoBus fabrikalar\u0131nda kullanabilir hale getirmeyi de hedefliyorlar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>KiYSiS (Kapak \u0130malat Y\u00f6netim Sistemi) Projesi \u00fcr\u00fcn kalitesini ve \u00fcretim verimlili\u011fini art\u0131r\u0131yor<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mercedes-Benz T\u00fcrk taraf\u0131ndan geli\u015ftirilen bir di\u011fer \u00f6nemli bir proje ise bir \u00fcretim y\u00f6netim sistemi olan KiYSiS (Kapak \u0130malat Y\u00f6netim Sistemi) Projesi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Otob\u00fcs d\u0131\u015f y\u00fczeyinin b\u00fcy\u00fck bir k\u0131sm\u0131n\u0131 olu\u015fturan bagaj ve bak\u0131m kapaklar\u0131n\u0131n y\u00fcksek \u00e7e\u015fitlilik ve adette \u00fcretildi\u011fi birimde devreye al\u0131nan sistem; \u00fcretim sipari\u015f y\u00f6netimi, dijital par\u00e7a takibi ve proses veri analizi olmak \u00fczere \u00fc\u00e7 mod\u00fcl ile hizmet veriyor. Bu uygulamalar sayesinde, \u00fcretim sipari\u015fleri tamamen otomatik bir \u015fekilde ilgili istasyona ula\u015f\u0131p burada i\u015flem g\u00f6ren kapaklar\u0131n kare kodlar ile y\u00f6netilmesi sayesinde gerek par\u00e7alar\u0131n fiziksel takibi gerekse \u00fcretimi esnas\u0131nda ilgili \u00fcretim makinelerinde olu\u015fan proses verileri canl\u0131 olarak kay\u0131t alt\u0131na al\u0131n\u0131yor ve on y\u0131l boyunca geriye d\u00f6n\u00fck takipleri sa\u011flan\u0131yor. Bunun yan\u0131nda, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar i\u00e7in temin edilen tabletler sayesinde hem k\u00e2\u011f\u0131t kullan\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6n\u00fcne ge\u00e7ildi hem de sahadan gelen geri bildirimlerinin sisteme canl\u0131 olarak akmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011fland\u0131.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Proje sayesinde; y\u00fcksek \u00fcretim hacmine sahip Kapak \u00dcretim Merkezi\u2019nde tala\u015fl\u0131 imalat, so\u011fuk \u015fekil verme, kaynak, y\u00fczey kaplama ve yap\u0131\u015ft\u0131rma gibi kritik \u00fcretim s\u00fcre\u00e7lerinden ge\u00e7en bir kapakta yakla\u015f\u0131k 250 adet farkl\u0131 proses verisi kaydedilerek gerek \u00fcr\u00fcnlerin kalitesinde gerekse \u00fcretim verimlili\u011finde s\u00fcrekli iyile\u015ftirme k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fc dijital bir \u015fekilde devam ettiriliyor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Eyl\u00fcl 2020\u2019de sipari\u015f mod\u00fcl\u00fc ve Nisan 2021\u2019de dijital par\u00e7a ve proses veri analiz mod\u00fcllerinin devreye al\u0131nmas\u0131 ile beraber KiYSiS projesinin yat\u0131r\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 bir y\u0131l gibi bir s\u00fcrede amorti ederek her y\u0131l \u00f6nemli tasarruflar getirmesini hedefleniyor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Par\u00e7a Numaras\u0131 Da\u011f\u0131t\u0131m Yaz\u0131l\u0131m\u0131 ile olas\u0131 hatalar\u0131n \u00f6n\u00fcne ge\u00e7ildi<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ulm, Mannheim ve Ho\u015fdere Otob\u00fcs Fabrikalar\u0131\u2019nda yer alan AR-GE ekipleri taraf\u0131ndan gelen otob\u00fcs par\u00e7a numara talepleri Daimler India taraf\u0131ndan manuel i\u015f g\u00fcc\u00fcyle belirleniyordu. Bu talepler, Mercedes-Benz T\u00fcrk m\u00fchendislerinin geli\u015ftirdi\u011fi robot taraf\u0131ndan yap\u0131lmaya ve ilgili i\u015f birimlerine raporlanmaya ba\u015flad\u0131. Bu sayede manuel sistemin olu\u015fturabilece\u011fi hatalar\u0131n \u00f6n\u00fcne ge\u00e7ildi\u011fi gibi; g\u00fcn boyu y\u00fcksek say\u0131da par\u00e7a numaras\u0131 \u00fcretilmesi m\u00fcmk\u00fcn oldu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Yo\u011fun i\u015f s\u00fcreci \u00d6deme Takip Yaz\u0131l\u0131m\u0131 ile otomatize edildi<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mercedes-Benz T\u00fcrk taraf\u0131ndan geli\u015ftirilen robot yaz\u0131l\u0131m\u0131 sayesinde, EvoBus\u2019taki alacakl\u0131lar muhasebesi ekibinin sorumlulu\u011fundaki faturalar\u0131n \u00f6deme bilgileri robot yaz\u0131l\u0131m\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan Outlook g\u00f6revi olarak ilgili EvoBus \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131na atan\u0131rken, geciken \u00f6demeler ile ilgili bildirimlerin ve hat\u0131rlatmalar\u0131n g\u00f6nderilmesi de sa\u011flan\u0131yor. Manuel i\u015f g\u00fcc\u00fcyle takip edilen bu yo\u011fun i\u015f s\u00fcreci geli\u015ftirilen robot yaz\u0131l\u0131m\u0131 sayesinde otomatize edildi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Origin Process Yaz\u0131l\u0131m\u0131 sayesinde rekabet avantaj\u0131 korunuyor<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mercedes-Benz T\u00fcrk A.\u015e Ho\u015fdere Otob\u00fcs ve Aksaray Kamyon Fabrikalar\u0131\u2019nda \u00fcretilen ara\u00e7lar\u0131n ihracat\u0131nda tercihli men\u015fe belgelerinin firma taraf\u0131ndan d\u00fczenlenebilmesi i\u00e7in yap\u0131lacak hesaplamada gerekli olan, \u00fcretimde kullan\u0131lan par\u00e7alar\u0131n tedarik\u00e7ilerinden men\u015fe belgeleri RPA taraf\u0131ndan talep ediliyor, toplan\u0131p men\u015fe sistemine i\u015flenerek ar\u015fivleniyor.
