ILO T\u00fcrkiye ofisi taraf\u0131ndan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma hayat\u0131nda toplumsal cinsiyet e\u015fitli\u011finin geli\u015ftirilmesi amac\u0131yla y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclen faaliyetler do\u011frultusunda ILO Akademi \u00fczerinden verilen \u201c\u015eiddete S\u0131f\u0131r Tolerans\u201d e\u011fitimlerini alan ilk kurulu\u015f da Karsan oldu. Karsan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131na verilen e\u011fitimlerle hem i\u015f ya\u015fam\u0131nda hem \u00f6zel hayatta ya\u015fanan \u015fiddet konusundaki fark\u0131ndal\u0131\u011f\u0131n art\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 hedefleniyor. Ayr\u0131ca Karsan; \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlara destek sa\u011flamak amac\u0131yla \u201c\u015eiddete S\u0131f\u0131r Tolerans Prosed\u00fcr\u00fc\u201d olu\u015fturdu.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>T\u00fcrkiye otomotiv sanayinin \u00f6nc\u00fc ismi Karsan, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma hayat\u0131nda cinsiyet e\u015fitli\u011finin geli\u015ftirilmesi i\u00e7in \u00f6rnek te\u015fkil edecek kararlar almaya devam ediyor. Bu kapsamda Karsan; 2019\u2019da Uluslararas\u0131 \u00c7al\u0131\u015fma \u00d6rg\u00fct\u00fc (ILO) T\u00fcrkiye Ofisi ile kad\u0131n-erkek e\u015fitli\u011finin geli\u015ftirilmesi ve kad\u0131n istihdam\u0131n\u0131n art\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131na y\u00f6nelik protokol\u00fc imzalayarak ba\u015flatt\u0131\u011f\u0131 fark\u0131ndal\u0131k s\u00fcrecine \u201c\u015eiddete S\u0131f\u0131r Tolerans\u201d e\u011fitimleri ile devam ediyor.ILO Standartlar\u0131na uygun olarak <strong>d\u00fcnyada ilk \u015eiddete S\u0131f\u0131r Tolerans Politikas\u0131\u2019n\u0131<\/strong> olu\u015fturan \u015firket olan Karsan, k\u0131sa bir s\u00fcre \u00f6nce de ILO Akademi taraf\u0131ndan verilen \u201c\u015eiddete S\u0131f\u0131r Tolerans\u201d <strong>e\u011fitimlerini<\/strong> <strong>alan ilk kurulu\u015f<\/strong> oldu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>ILO\u2019nun y\u00fcr\u00fctt\u00fc\u011f\u00fc proje ve programlar kapsam\u0131nda verilen e\u011fitimlerin salg\u0131n ko\u015fullar\u0131nda dijital platformda s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclmesi amac\u0131yla kurulan akademinin ilk e\u011fitimi olan \u201c\u015eiddete S\u0131f\u0131r Tolerans\u201d e\u011fitimlerine Karsan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131 kat\u0131ld\u0131. 2019-2020 d\u00f6neminde Karsan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131na y\u00fcz y\u00fcze verilen toplumsal cinsiyet e\u015fitli\u011fi e\u011fitimlerinin devam\u0131 niteli\u011finde olan \u201c\u015eiddete S\u0131f\u0131r Tolerans\u201d e\u011fitimleri ile Karsan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n\u0131n fark\u0131ndal\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n art\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>ama\u00e7l\u0131yor. Karsan\u2019da kad\u0131n-erkek e\u015fitli\u011finin geli\u015ftirilmesi, kad\u0131n istihdam\u0131n\u0131n art\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 ve kad\u0131n-erkek e\u015fitli\u011finin Karsan\u2019\u0131n kurumsal politikalar\u0131nda s\u00fcreklili\u011finin sa\u011flanmas\u0131 amac\u0131yla 2019 y\u0131l\u0131nda ILO ile bir i\u015f birli\u011fi protokol\u00fc imzalanm\u0131\u015f ve bu kapsamda Karsan\u2019da ILO\u2019nun geli\u015ftirdi\u011fi \u201c\u015eirketlerde Toplumsal Cinsiyet E\u015fitli\u011finin Geli\u015ftirilmesi Modeli\u201d uygulanmaya ba\u015flanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131. Model kapsam\u0131nda kad\u0131n-erkek e\u015fitli\u011fine ili\u015fkin fark\u0131ndal\u0131\u011f\u0131n art\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 amac\u0131yla Karsan b\u00fcnyesinde y\u00f6netimde ve \u00fcretimde yer alan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlara toplumsal cinsiyet e\u015fitli\u011fi e\u011fitimleri verilmi\u015fti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Karsan\u2019dan \u201c\u015eiddete S\u0131f\u0131r Tolerans Prosed\u00fcr\u00fc\u201d!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ayr\u0131ca Karsan, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma ya\u015fam\u0131nda ve ev i\u00e7inde \u015fiddete maruz kalan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlara destek sa\u011flamak; s\u00f6z konusu durumu ele al\u0131\u015f bi\u00e7imi a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan da y\u00f6neticilere yol g\u00f6stererek, g\u00fcvenli bir i\u015f ortam\u0131 olu\u015fturmak amac\u0131yla \u201c\u015eiddete S\u0131f\u0131r Tolerans Prosed\u00fcr\u00fc\u201d olu\u015fturdu. Prosed\u00fcr; toplumsal cinsiyet e\u015fitli\u011fini ilkesel olarak benimseyen Karsan\u2019\u0131n kad\u0131n ve erkek \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n\u0131n i\u015f ya\u015fam\u0131nda ve ev i\u00e7i \u015fiddetten en az seviyede etkilenmesini sa\u011flayacak politika ve uygulamalar\u0131 geli\u015ftirmek i\u00e7in at\u0131lacak ad\u0131mlar\u0131, kullan\u0131lacak ara\u00e7 ve y\u00f6ntemleri kaps\u0131yor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Karsan, ge\u00e7en y\u0131l da BM K\u00fcresel \u0130lkeler S\u00f6zle\u015fmesi (UN Global Compact) ve BM Toplumsal Cinsiyet E\u015fitli\u011fi ve Kad\u0131n\u0131n G\u00fc\u00e7lenmesi Birimi (UN Women) ortakl\u0131\u011f\u0131yla olu\u015fturulan \u201cKad\u0131n\u0131n G\u00fc\u00e7lenmesi Prensipleri\u2019ni (Women\u2019s Empowerment Principles \u2013 WEPs)\u201d imzalam\u0131\u015ft\u0131. Ayr\u0131ca Karsan, 25 Kas\u0131m Kad\u0131na Y\u00f6nelik \u015eiddete Kar\u015f\u0131 Uluslararas\u0131 M\u00fccadele ve Dayan\u0131\u015fma G\u00fcn\u00fc ile ba\u015flay\u0131p 10 Aral\u0131k \u0130nsan Haklar\u0131 G\u00fcn\u00fc\u2019nde sona eren, Uluslararas\u0131 16 G\u00fcnl\u00fck Toplumsal Cinsiyete Dayal\u0131 \u015eiddetle M\u00fccadele Kampanyas\u0131 kapsam\u0131nda
