Bug\u00fcne kadar ald\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z sorumluluklar\u0131 ba\u015far\u0131yla yerine getirerek hem yerel hem de k\u00fcresel olarak yeni g\u00f6revlerle yolculu\u011fumuzu s\u00fcrd\u00fcrmeye devam ediyoruz.\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Mercedes-Benz Tourrider i\u00e7in T\u00fcrkiye\u2019ye yeni yat\u0131r\u0131m ve ya\u015fanan ilkler<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Yeni Mercedes-Benz Tourrider\u2019\u0131n karoseri paslanmaz \u00e7elik malzemeden \u00fcretilecek olup, Ho\u015fdere Otob\u00fcs Fabrikas\u0131\u2019nda bunun i\u00e7in yeni bir \u00fcretim binas\u0131 in\u015fa edildi. Yeni \u00fcretim tesisinde arac\u0131n karoseri, paslanmaz \u00e7elik malzemeden \u00fcretildikten sonra boyahanede boyan\u0131yor. Bu anlamda yeni Tourrider ile birlikte; Mercedes-Benz T\u00fcrk Ho\u015fdere Otob\u00fcs Fabrikas\u0131\u2019nda araca \u00f6zel olu\u015fturulan \u00fcretim band\u0131 ile ilk defa paslanmaz \u00e7elikten bir otob\u00fcs \u00fcretiliyor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Yeni Tourrider ile ilklere imza atan Mercedes-Benz T\u00fcrk, \u015fu ana kadar \u00fcretti\u011fi otob\u00fcsler aras\u0131ndaki ilk cam tavan uygulamas\u0131, bu araca \u00f6zel olarak geli\u015ftirilen darbe s\u00f6n\u00fcmleyici etkiye sahip d\u0131\u015f tasar\u0131m \u00e7izgileri ile uyumlu \u00f6n ve arka tampon ve d\u0131\u015far\u0131 do\u011fru a\u00e7\u0131labilir acil \u00e7\u0131k\u0131\u015f camlar\u0131 gibi donan\u0131mlar\u0131 hayata ge\u00e7irdi. Ayr\u0131ca ilk defa bu ara\u00e7ta cam elyafl\u0131 kompozit malzemeden \u00fcretilmi\u015f tavan kaplamas\u0131 kullan\u0131ld\u0131. Paslanmaz \u00e7elik g\u00f6vde i\u00e7in \u00f6zel olarak geli\u015ftirilen bir astar uygulamas\u0131 ile de boya ve yap\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131c\u0131 malzemenin karoser \u00fczerinde istenilen tutunma kabiliyeti sa\u011flanm\u0131\u015f oldu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Yeni Mercedes-Benz Tourrider\u2019\u0131n AR-GE\u2019sinde T\u00fcrk m\u00fchendislerin imzas\u0131<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Daimler\u2019in en \u00f6nemli ve entegre otob\u00fcs merkezlerinden biri olan Ho\u015fdere Otob\u00fcs Fabrikas\u0131, yeni Mercedes-Benz Tourrider\u2019\u0131n AR-GE faaliyetlerinde de \u00f6nemli sorumluluklar \u00fcstlendi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kuzey Amerika pazar\u0131ndaki talepler do\u011frultusunda olu\u015fturulan yeni otob\u00fcs projesinde hammadde olarak paslanmaz \u00e7elik se\u00e7ildi. B\u00f6ylece korozyon dayan\u0131m\u0131nda pazar\u0131n beklentilerini kar\u015f\u0131layan bir konsept sunuldu. Otob\u00fcs karoserisinde dayan\u0131m, \u00fcretim tekni\u011fi gibi bir\u00e7ok a\u00e7\u0131dan yeni bir d\u00fcnya olan paslanmaz \u00e7elik; yeni parametrelere g\u00f6re analiz ve testleri yap\u0131larak, imalat s\u00fcre\u00e7lerine uygun olarak geli\u015ftirildi. Hen\u00fcz zorunlu olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 halde \u015fimdiden gelece\u011fe haz\u0131r olmak ad\u0131na Amerikan devrilme standard\u0131 FMVSS 227\u2019yi sa\u011flayabilmek i\u00e7in belirli b\u00f6lgelerde y\u00fcksek mukavemetli paslanmaz \u00e7elik kullan\u0131ld\u0131 ve bu \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmler sim\u00fclasyon ve analizlerle do\u011fruland\u0131. Ancak FMVSS 227 reg\u00fclasyonunu tam olarak sa\u011flayabilmek i\u00e7in \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar devam ediyor. Tamamen T\u00fcrk m\u00fchendisler taraf\u0131ndan geli\u015ftirilen paslanmaz \u00e7elik g\u00f6vdenin prototipleri, T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de \u00fcretildi ve montaj testleri de Ho\u015fdere Otob\u00fcs Fabrikas\u0131\u2019nda ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirildi. Geli\u015ftirme a\u015famas\u0131nda kaynak noktalar\u0131ndaki istenilen dayan\u0131m\u0131 sa\u011flamak i\u00e7in bir\u00e7ok test yap\u0131larak kullan\u0131lan paslanmaz \u00e7elik malzemeye uygun kaynak teli ve parametreler tespit edildi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Otob\u00fcslerin \u00fcretimde devreye al\u0131nmas\u0131 i\u00e7in gerekli uygulamalar ve sat\u0131\u015f sonras\u0131nda Amerika\u2019daki servislerde bak\u0131m ve onar\u0131mlar\u0131n\u0131n yap\u0131labilmesi i\u00e7in gerekli uygulamalar otob\u00fcs AR-GE diyagnoz ekibi taraf\u0131ndan bu otob\u00fcslere \u00f6zel olarak geli\u015ftirildi. Bu uygulamalar prototipler \u00fczerinde test edilerek do\u011fruland\u0131. Gelecekte bu uygulamalar ile ilgili olu\u015fabilecek de\u011fi\u015fiklik ve destek taleplerinin de yine Mercedes-Benz T\u00fcrk Otob\u00fcs AR-GE Diyagnoz Ekibi taraf\u0131ndan kar\u015f\u0131lanmas\u0131 planlan\u0131yor.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Patentli \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmler uyguland\u0131<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Paslanmaz \u00e7elikten \u00fcretilen ilk otob\u00fcs i\u00e7in ihtiya\u00e7 duyulan yeni hammadde aray\u0131\u015f\u0131, yeni patentlerin al\u0131nmas\u0131 ile sonu\u00e7land\u0131. Otob\u00fcs\u00fcn yan duvar\u0131ndaki s\u00fctunlar, arac\u0131n en temel ta\u015f\u0131y\u0131c\u0131 par\u00e7alar\u0131 aras\u0131nda yer al\u0131yor. Otob\u00fcslerin bir kaza an\u0131nda yan yatmas\u0131 durumunda, yolcu g\u00fcvenli\u011fi a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan, ya\u015fam alan\u0131 olarak tan\u0131mlanan hacmin korunabilmesi i\u00e7in Mercedes-Benz T\u00fcrk Otob\u00fcs AR-GE Merkezi, bu alana \u00f6zel bir \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma da ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirdi. \u0130lk defa bu otob\u00fcslere \u00f6zel olarak geli\u015ftirilen, otob\u00fcslerin yan k\u0131s\u0131mlar\u0131 i\u00e7in tasarlanan ve patenti al\u0131nan \u201cPipe in Pipe\u201d uygulamas\u0131 (\u0130\u00e7 \u0130\u00e7e Ge\u00e7mi\u015f Profiller) sayesinde kal\u0131n ve y\u00fcksek mukavemetli malzemeler kullan\u0131ld\u0131. Bu \u00f6zelliklere uygun paslanmaz boru malzemeler i\u00e7in yeni ve y\u00fcksek mukavemetli hammaddeler kullan\u0131ld\u0131.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ayr\u0131ca ilk defa bu araca \u00f6zel, \u00e7ok y\u00fcksek enerjileri s\u00f6n\u00fcmleme \u00f6zelli\u011fi olan bir tampon geli\u015ftirildi. Bu sayede belli bir h\u0131za kadar \u00e7arpmalarda arac\u0131n \u00f6n y\u00fczeyindeki par\u00e7alar korunarak arac\u0131n yola devam etmesi sa\u011fland\u0131. Yolcu otob\u00fcslerinin \u201cBusiness Class\u201d versiyonu olarak konumland\u0131r\u0131lan Tourrider Business, y\u00fcksek beklentileri kar\u015f\u0131lamak \u00fczere geli\u015ftirilen bir yolcu otob\u00fcs\u00fc.
