B\u00f6ylece, ge\u00e7en y\u0131l atmosfere 82 ton daha az CO2 sal\u0131n\u0131rken, 1.547 a\u011fa\u00e7 dikmekle e\u015fde\u011fer bir oranda \u00e7evreye katk\u0131 sa\u011fland\u0131.<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/li><li><strong>Aksaray Kamyon Fabrikas\u0131\u2019nda, \u201cISO 50001:2018 Enerji Y\u00f6netimi Sistemi Sertifikas\u0131\u201d 2021 y\u0131l\u0131 d\u0131\u015f denetlemesi de ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131 bir \u015fekilde tamamland\u0131. S\u00f6z konusu denetimde, fabrika y\u00f6neticilerinin enerji verimlili\u011fine verdikleri \u00f6nemin \u015firketin en g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc yanlar\u0131ndan biri oldu\u011fu vurguland\u0131.<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Tesislerinde 2009 y\u0131l\u0131nda uygulamaya ba\u015flad\u0131\u011f\u0131 5E Modeli ile Mercedes-Benz T\u00fcrk sekt\u00f6re \u00f6nc\u00fcl\u00fck etmeyi s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fcyor. Olu\u015fturulan s\u00f6z konusu model ile \u015firket, uzun vadede hayata ge\u00e7irece\u011fi teknolojik geli\u015fmeleri ve b\u00fcy\u00fcmeyi g\u00f6z \u00f6n\u00fcnde bulundurarak; enerji t\u00fcketimindeki art\u0131\u015f\u0131 hesaplayarak \u00f6nceden tespit etmenin yan\u0131 s\u0131ra, bu t\u00fcketimlerin kontrol alt\u0131na al\u0131nmas\u0131n\u0131 ve azalt\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 da sa\u011fl\u0131yor. T\u00fcm Mercedes-Benz T\u00fcrk ailesinin \u00e7evreye duyarl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ve fark\u0131ndal\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 art\u0131rmaya yarayan, bunu ayr\u0131ca teknik ve sosyal projelerle hayata ge\u00e7irmeyi sa\u011flayan \u00f6nemli bir ara\u00e7 olarak tan\u0131mlanan 5E Modeli; enerji verimlili\u011fi, CO2 emisyonlar\u0131n\u0131n azalt\u0131lmas\u0131, enerji ve kaynak tasarrufuna odaklan\u0131yor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mercedes-Benz T\u00fcrk, 2018 y\u0131l\u0131nda ISO 14001:2015\u2019e ge\u00e7i\u015f denetimini ba\u015far\u0131yla tamamlayarak \u00c7evre Y\u00f6netimi Sistemi Sertifikas\u0131\u2019n\u0131 almaya hak kazanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131. \u015eirket, gerekli yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131 ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirmeden \u00f6nce; ilgili yasal y\u00f6netmeli\u011fin gerektirdi\u011fi sertifikalara sahip uzmanlardan olu\u015fan Enerji Y\u00f6netim Tak\u0131m\u0131\u2019n\u0131n haz\u0131rlad\u0131\u011f\u0131 d\u00fczenli raporlamalar ile iyile\u015ftirme gereken noktalar\u0131 ve verimlilik potansiyellerini belirliyor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ho\u015fdere Otob\u00fcs Fabrikas\u0131, bina otomasyon sistemi ile y\u00fczde 25 enerji tasarrufu sa\u011fl\u0131yor<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ho\u015fdere Otob\u00fcs Fabrikas\u0131, kuruldu\u011fu 1995 y\u0131l\u0131ndan itibaren bina otomasyon sistemini T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de ilk defa kullanan end\u00fcstriyel tesislerden biri oldu. S\u00f6z konusu sistem ile Ho\u015fdere Otob\u00fcs Fabrikas\u0131 yakla\u015f\u0131k y\u00fczde 25 oran\u0131nda enerji tasarrufu sa\u011fl\u0131yor. Bu sistemin bir par\u00e7as\u0131 olan s\u0131cakl\u0131k sens\u00f6rleri ile ortam s\u0131cakl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n izlenerek kontrol\u00fcn\u00fcn sa\u011flanmas\u0131n\u0131n yan\u0131 s\u0131ra; zaman programlar\u0131yla da ayd\u0131nlatmalar\u0131n ve \u0131s\u0131tma-so\u011futma sistemlerinin gereksiz yere \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131 engelleniyor. Ayd\u0131nlatmalar, \u0131s\u0131tma-so\u011futma sistemleri ve pompalar zaman programlar\u0131 ile kontrol edilirken; \u0131s\u0131 geri kazan\u0131m sistemi ile \u0131s\u0131tma yap\u0131lan zamanlarda emilen havadaki \u0131s\u0131 geri kazan\u0131larak tekrar ortama veriliyor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ho\u015fdere Otob\u00fcs Fabrikas\u0131\u2019nda kurulan \u201cTrijenerasyon Tesisi\u201d sayesinde, do\u011falgaz kullan\u0131larak elektrik, \u0131s\u0131tma ve so\u011futma suyu elde ediliyor. Bu sayede, enerji daha verimli kullan\u0131l\u0131yor ve enerji kesintisi nedeniyle ortaya \u00e7\u0131kabilecek olumsuz \u00e7evresel etkiler kayna\u011f\u0131ndan engelleniyor. Fabrikan\u0131n elektrik ihtiyac\u0131n\u0131n tamam\u0131 ve \u0131s\u0131 ihtiyac\u0131n\u0131n yaz aylar\u0131nda y\u00fczde 100\u2019\u00fc, k\u0131\u015f aylar\u0131nda ise y\u00fczde 50\u2019si \u201cTrijenerasyon Tesisi\u201d ile kar\u015f\u0131lan\u0131yor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ho\u015fdere Otob\u00fcs Fabrikas\u0131, \u00fcst \u00fcste yedi y\u0131l enerji t\u00fcketimini d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcrd\u00fc<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2007\u2019den beri Mercedes-Benz T\u00fcrk Ho\u015fdere Otob\u00fcs Fabrikas\u0131\u2019nda s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclen enerji verimlili\u011fi \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 kapsam\u0131nda, pandemi \u00f6ncesinde ara\u00e7 ba\u015f\u0131na y\u00fczde 35\u2019e varan oranlarda enerji tasarrufu elde edildi. 2020 gibi pandeminin g\u00f6lgesinde ge\u00e7en 2021 y\u0131l\u0131nda da \u00f6zellikle \u0131s\u0131tma ve so\u011futma sistemlerinde vir\u00fcs yay\u0131l\u0131m riskini bertaraf etmek ad\u0131na t\u00fcm havaland\u0131rma sistemleri tamamen d\u0131\u015f hava kullan\u0131larak \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131. Bu nedenle, \u00fcretilen ara\u00e7 ba\u015f\u0131na t\u00fcketilen spesifik enerjide art\u0131\u015flar g\u00f6ze \u00e7arpt\u0131. Buna ra\u011fmen, ofis ve \u00fcretim alanlar\u0131nda pandemi nedeniyle kullan\u0131lmayan b\u00f6lgelerde enerji t\u00fcketilmemesi i\u00e7in yap\u0131lan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar sayesinde, Ho\u015fdere Otob\u00fcs Fabrikas\u0131 2021 y\u0131l\u0131nda da toplam enerji t\u00fcketimini d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcrd\u00fc ve \u00fcst \u00fcste yedinci y\u0131lda bu trendi devam ettirdi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ho\u015fdere Otob\u00fcs Fabrikas\u0131, Daimler AG\u2019nin k\u00fcresel \u00e7evre ve enerji y\u00f6netim plan\u0131n\u0131n bir par\u00e7as\u0131 olarak kat\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u201cye\u015fil \u00fcretim\u201d konseptinde periyodik toplant\u0131lara kat\u0131larak ve geli\u015ftirece\u011fi enerji verimlilik projelerini belirleyerek 2021 y\u0131l\u0131nda \u00f6nemli bir geli\u015fme kaydetti. S\u00f6z konusu program \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde, 2022\u2019den itibaren belirlenen projeler hayata ge\u00e7irilmeye ba\u015flanacak. \u00c7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n ana yap\u0131ta\u015flar\u0131n\u0131; yenilenebilir enerji kullan\u0131m\u0131 ve \u00fcretim verimlili\u011finin artt\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 ile enerji verimlili\u011finin pozitif etkilenmesi olu\u015fturacak.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>G\u00fcne\u015f santrali sayesinde ge\u00e7en y\u0131l atmosfere 82 ton daha az CO2 sal\u0131nd\u0131<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ho\u015fdere Otob\u00fcs Fabrikas\u0131\u2019nda 2019\u2019da kurulan ve ye\u015fil enerjiye ilk ad\u0131m olan 100kWp g\u00fcc\u00fcndeki g\u00fcne\u015f santrali, 2021 y\u0131l\u0131nda 132 MWh enerji \u00fcretti. Pilot g\u00fcne\u015f santrali sayesinde, ge\u00e7en y\u0131l atmosfere 82 ton daha az CO2 sal\u0131nd\u0131 ve bu da 1.547 a\u011fa\u00e7 dikmekle e\u015fde\u011fer bir oranda \u00e7evreye katk\u0131 sa\u011flad\u0131.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ayr\u0131ca 2021 y\u0131l\u0131nda, \u201c\u00e7evre ve enerji\u201d ba\u015fl\u0131kl\u0131 bir e\u011fitim haz\u0131rlanarak, Ho\u015fdere Otob\u00fcs Fabrikas\u0131\u2019ndaki t\u00fcm \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n eri\u015fimine sunuldu. \u00c7evre ve enerjiye yakla\u015f\u0131mda bilincin art\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 hedefleyen e\u011fitim, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlara online olarak verilmeye ba\u015fland\u0131.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>T\u00fcm bu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalara ek olarak, ISO-50001 tabanl\u0131 \u201cEnerji Y\u00f6netim Yaz\u0131l\u0131m\u0131\u201d kurulum faaliyetlerine de ba\u015flat\u0131ld\u0131. Bu y\u0131l\u0131n ba\u015flar\u0131nda tamamlanmas\u0131 planlanan proje sayesinde, fabrika genelinde enerji t\u00fcketim bilgileri bina ve \u00fcretim birimi bazl\u0131 olarak raporlanacak. Ola\u011fan d\u0131\u015f\u0131 enerji t\u00fcketimlerini alg\u0131layarak enerji birimine haber verecek olan sistemin T\u00fcrkiye\u2019deki ilk uygulamalar\u0131ndan biri Ho\u015fdere Otob\u00fcs Fabrikas\u0131\u2019nda olacak.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Aksaray Kamyon Fabrikas\u0131\u2019nda yat\u0131r\u0131ms\u0131z enerji tasarrufu projeleri aral\u0131ks\u0131z olarak devam ediyor<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Her alanda oldu\u011fu gibi enerji y\u00f6netim modeli ile de sekt\u00f6re \u00f6nc\u00fcl\u00fck etmeye devam eden Mercedes Benz T\u00fcrk\u2019\u00fcn Aksaray Kamyon Fabrikas\u0131\u2019ndaki yat\u0131r\u0131ms\u0131z enerji tasarrufu projeleri 2021 y\u0131l\u0131nda da devam etti. Potansiyel enerji tasarrufu olabilecek t\u00fcm t\u00fcketimlerin detayl\u0131 bir \u015fekilde incelenmeye devam etti\u011fi fabrikada, bu sayede \u00fcretim d\u0131\u015f\u0131 zamandaki enerji t\u00fcketimi d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck seviyelerini koruyor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Son y\u0131llarda yap\u0131lan yeni yat\u0131r\u0131mlarla enerji g\u00fc\u00e7 kapasitesi y\u00fczde 65 oran\u0131nda artt\u0131r\u0131lan Aksaray Kamyon Fabrikas\u0131\u2019nda, s\u00f6z konusu yat\u0131r\u0131mlar kapsam\u0131nda fabrika tesisleri ve binalar\u0131nda, enerji verimlili\u011fi y\u00fcksek ve otomasyonlu ekipmanlar devreye al\u0131nd\u0131. Fabrikan\u0131n \u00fcretim kapasitesi artt\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131na ra\u011fmen, t\u00fcm binalardaki altyap\u0131larda otomasyonla\u015fma ve standartla\u015fma \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirildi. Facility Management (FM) 4.0 Merkezi Kontrol Odas\u0131 arac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131yla \u00fcretimin vardiya sistemine uygun olarak programlanmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flayan \u0131s\u0131tma sistemleri, ayd\u0131nlatmalar, y\u00fcksek bas\u0131n\u00e7l\u0131 hava ve su sistemleri sayesinde, enerji daha verimli kullan\u0131larak t\u00fcketimdeki y\u00fckselme kontrol alt\u0131na al\u0131nd\u0131. Enerji tasarrufu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 kapsam\u0131nda, anl\u0131k bina s\u0131cakl\u0131klar\u0131 izlenerek havaland\u0131rma sistemleri ve di\u011fer \u0131s\u0131tma sistemlerinin tamam\u0131 anl\u0131k motorlu vanalarla y\u00f6netilerek enerji tasarrufu sa\u011fland\u0131.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>T\u00fcm bunlara ek olarak; ge\u00e7en y\u0131l devreye al\u0131nan Enerji Y\u00f6netim Yaz\u0131l\u0131m Robotu, 2021\u2019de de ba\u015far\u0131yla \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmaya devam etti.&nbsp; Yaz\u0131l\u0131m robotunun; t\u00fcm t\u00fcketicileri anl\u0131k takip, regresyon hesab\u0131, analizi ve t\u00fcketim verilerini mail ile bilgilendirme gibi fonksiyonlar\u0131 sayesinde enerji daha \u015feffaf bir \u015fekilde y\u00f6netilebiliyor.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>ISO 50001:2018 Enerji Y\u00f6netimi Sertifikas\u0131 sayesinde enerji verimlili\u011fiyle ba\u011flant\u0131l\u0131 s\u00fcrekli iyile\u015ftirmenin garanti alt\u0131na al\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131 Mercedes-Benz T\u00fcrk Aksaray Kamyon Fabrikas\u0131\u2019nda, s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclen enerji verimlili\u011fi \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 sayesinde ara\u00e7 ba\u015f\u0131na y\u00fczde 35\u2019in \u00fczerinde enerji tasarrufu elde edildi. S\u00f6z konusu oranla birlikte, ara\u00e7 ba\u015f\u0131na t\u00fcketimde ve gaz sal\u0131n\u0131m miktar\u0131nda \u015fimdiye kadar elde edilen en d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck seviye kaydedildi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aksaray Kamyon Fabrikas\u0131\u2019nda, 2021 y\u0131l\u0131nda \u201cISO 50001:2018 Enerji Y\u00f6netimi Sistemi Sertifikas\u0131\u201d DQS denetlemesi de herhangi bir uygunsuzluk tespit edilmeden ba\u015far\u0131yla ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirildi. Denetim s\u00fcresince hali haz\u0131rda fabrikadaki uzaktan ileti\u015fim yaz\u0131l\u0131mlar\u0131 kullan\u0131l\u0131rken, fabrikan\u0131n g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc IT altyap\u0131s\u0131 sayesinde s\u00fcre\u00e7 ba\u015far\u0131 ile tamamland\u0131. Uzaktan ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilen denetimde; dok\u00fcman, kay\u0131t, performans g\u00f6stergeleri ve kan\u0131tlar, Aksaray Kamyon Fabrikas\u0131\u2019nda ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilen dijital d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 sayesinde rahat bir \u015fekilde yetkililerle payla\u015f\u0131ld\u0131.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Boyahanelerde kullan\u0131lan pn\u00f6matik ekipmanlar yerine uygulanabilen k\u0131s\u0131mlarda elektrikli ekipmanlarla revizyonlar\u0131n yap\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 Aksaray Kamyon Fabrikas\u0131\u2019nda, bu sayede en pahal\u0131 enerji t\u00fcr\u00fc olan bas\u0131n\u00e7l\u0131 hava yerine elektrik kullan\u0131larak tasarruf sa\u011fland\u0131.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2021 y\u0131l\u0131nda ayr\u0131ca, \u201cYe\u015fil Fabrika\u201d olma hedefi do\u011frultusunda Aksaray Kamyon Fabrikas\u0131 hol \u00e7at\u0131s\u0131na 6500 kWP g\u00fcc\u00fcnde G\u00fcne\u015f Enerji Santrali kurulumu i\u00e7in projelendirme ve fizibilite \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 da ba\u015flat\u0131ld\u0131.
