Verimlili\u011fi ve performans\u0131 art\u0131ran bir\u00e7ok \u00f6zelli\u011fi ile yeni nesil OM 471, hem ara\u00e7 sahiplerinin hem de s\u00fcr\u00fcc\u00fclerin taleplerine yan\u0131t verebilecek.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Daha y\u00fcksek yak\u0131t verimlili\u011fi<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Daimler Truck m\u00fchendisleri OM 471&#8217;in \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc neslinin verimlili\u011fini art\u0131rmak ad\u0131na motorda bir\u00e7ok yenili\u011fe gitti. Bu ba\u011flamda; piston girintisinin geometrisi, enjeksiyon nozulu tasar\u0131m\u0131 ve silindir kapa\u011f\u0131n\u0131n gaz de\u011fi\u015fimi ile ilgili parametreleri optimizasyon i\u015flemine tabi tutuldu. Ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilen bu yenilikler ile s\u0131ral\u0131 alt\u0131 silindirli motorun s\u0131k\u0131\u015ft\u0131rma oran\u0131 y\u00fckseltildi. Bu art\u0131\u015f sayesinde 250 bar&#8217;l\u0131k bir azami ate\u015fleme bas\u0131nc\u0131 ile daha verimli yanma ortaya \u00e7\u0131k\u0131yor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Modern dizel i\u00e7ten yanmal\u0131 motorlarda yak\u0131t verimlili\u011fini art\u0131rman\u0131n en \u00f6nemli yollar\u0131ndan biri de turbo optimizasyonu. OM 471, \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc nesli ile geni\u015f m\u00fc\u015fteri gereksinimlerine tam olarak uyarlanabilen, Mercedes-Benz Trucks b\u00fcnyesinde geli\u015ftirilen ve \u00fcretilen iki yeni turbo\u015farj ile donat\u0131ld\u0131. T\u00fcketim optimizasyonlu versiyonda m\u00fcmk\u00fcn olan en d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck yak\u0131t t\u00fcketimi hedefleniyor. Yeni OM 471&#8217;in \u00f6nceki nesle k\u0131yasla alt ve orta performans seviyelerinde maksimum yak\u0131t tasarrufu y\u00fczde 4&#8217;e, \u00fcst performans seviyelerinde ise y\u00fczde 3,5&#8217;e kadar \u00e7\u0131k\u0131yor. Daha d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck yak\u0131t t\u00fcketimi sayesinde hem i\u015fletme maliyetlerini hem de CO2 emisyonlar\u0131n\u0131 azaltmak m\u00fcmk\u00fcn oluyor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>OM 471 motorun \u00f6nceki nesillerinde sadece 12.vites kademesinde verilen Top Torque \u00f6zelli\u011fi \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc nesil ile 330 ve 350 kW\u2019l\u0131k g\u00fc\u00e7 opsiyonlar\u0131nda G281-12 Powershift otomatikle\u015ftirilmi\u015f \u015fanz\u0131man\u0131n 7. ve 12. vites kademelerinde motorun azami torku 200 Nm artt\u0131r\u0131l\u0131yor. E\u011fer ara\u00e7 ekonomi s\u00fcr\u00fc\u015f modunda kullan\u0131l\u0131yorsa y\u00fczde 4, standart ya da power (g\u00fc\u00e7) s\u00fcr\u00fc\u015f modunda kullan\u0131l\u0131yorsa da y\u00fczde 3\u2019e varan yak\u0131t tasarrufu sa\u011flan\u0131yor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Yeni geli\u015ftirilmi\u015f egzoz gaz\u0131 son i\u015flem sistemi yak\u0131t verimlili\u011fini art\u0131rmaya yard\u0131mc\u0131 oluyor<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tamamen yenilenen ve OM 471&#8217;in yeni i\u00e7ten yanma ve kontrol sistemine uyarlanan EGR de yak\u0131t verimlili\u011fini art\u0131rmaya yard\u0131mc\u0131 oluyor. Sistem, kar\u015f\u0131 bas\u0131nc\u0131 s\u0131n\u0131rlarken AdBlue&#8217;nun homojenlik endeksini de art\u0131r\u0131yor. T\u00fcm bu i\u015flemler NOx d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fcn\u00fcn iyile\u015fmesinin yan\u0131 s\u0131ra yak\u0131t t\u00fcketiminin azalmas\u0131n\u0131 da sa\u011fl\u0131yor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>PowerShift Advanced sayesinde y\u00fcksek s\u00fcr\u00fc\u015f dinamikleri<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>OM 471&#8217;in \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc neslinde odak; k\u00e2rl\u0131l\u0131k, sa\u011flaml\u0131k ve g\u00fcvenilirli\u011fin yan\u0131 s\u0131ra m\u00fc\u015fteriler i\u00e7in bir ba\u015fka \u00f6nemli fakt\u00f6r olan s\u00fcr\u00fc\u015f dinamikleri oldu. \u00d6rne\u011fin, yeni PowerShift Advanced otomatik \u015fanz\u0131man kontrol\u00fc, hassas vites se\u00e7imi sayesinde bir\u00e7ok durumda daha h\u0131zl\u0131 ve sorunsuz kalk\u0131\u015f ve h\u0131zlanma sa\u011fl\u0131yor. Daha h\u0131zl\u0131 vites de\u011fi\u015fimleri sayesinde tork kesinti s\u00fcresi \u00fcst aral\u0131kta y\u00fczde 40&#8217;a kadar azalt\u0131l\u0131yor. Gaz pedal\u0131 geometrisi de bu kapsamda optimize edildi. Alt pedal hareketindeki artan hassasiyet \u00f6nemli \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde daha hassas manevra sa\u011flarken, \u00fcst pedal hareketindeki do\u011frudan tepki s\u00fcresi y\u00fcksek y\u00fck gereksinimleri alt\u0131nda daha fazla dinamizm sa\u011fl\u0131yor. Ayr\u0131ca, virajl\u0131 yollarda s\u00fcr\u00fc\u015f\u00fc ve h\u0131zlanmay\u0131 kolayla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131yor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\"
