ICS2\u2019ye zaman\u0131nda uyum sa\u011flamayan i\u015fletmelerin \u00fcr\u00fcnleri, AB s\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131nda durdurulma ve g\u00fcmr\u00fck i\u015flemleri tamamlanmamas\u0131 riskiyle kar\u015f\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131ya kalacak.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>ICS2, standartla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015f bir var\u0131\u015f \u00f6ncesi g\u00fcmr\u00fck s\u00fcreci sunarak ticaretin daha g\u00fcvenli hale gelmesini sa\u011flayacak. Var\u0131\u015f \u00f6ncesinde do\u011fru ve eksiksiz Giri\u015f \u00d6zet Beyan\u0131 (ENS) verilmesini zorunlu k\u0131larak g\u00fcmr\u00fck idarelerinin risk de\u011ferlendirmesini kolayla\u015ft\u0131ran bu sistem, AB\u2019nin g\u00fcmr\u00fck ihlallerini \u00f6nleme ve m\u00fccadele kapasitesini art\u0131rarak daha g\u00fcvenli bir ticaret ortam\u0131 sa\u011fl\u0131yor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Kara ve demir yolu ta\u015f\u0131y\u0131c\u0131lar\u0131, 1 Nisan 2025\u2019ten itibaren AB\u2019ye g\u00f6nderilen veya AB \u00fczerinden ta\u015f\u0131nan \u00fcr\u00fcnler i\u00e7in var\u0131\u015f \u00f6ncesinde eksiksiz bir Giri\u015f \u00d6zet Beyan\u0131 (ENS) sunmakla y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fc olacak.<\/strong> Bu zorunluluk, posta ve ekspres kuryeler ile lojistik hizmet sa\u011flay\u0131c\u0131lar\u0131 gibi di\u011fer taraflar\u0131 da kaps\u0131yor. Ayr\u0131ca, belirli durumlarda AB\u2019deki nihai al\u0131c\u0131lar\u0131n da ENS verilerini ICS2\u2019ye iletmesi gerekecek.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ekonomik operat\u00f6rlerin, bu tarihe kadar haz\u0131r olmamalar\u0131 halinde, kay\u0131tl\u0131 olduklar\u0131 AB \u00dcye Devleti\u2019nin Ulusal Hizmet Masas\u0131( Ulusal G\u00fcmr\u00fck \u0130daresi) ile ileti\u015fime ge\u00e7erek <strong>en ge\u00e7 1 Mart 2025\u2019e kadar bir da\u011f\u0131t\u0131m d\u00f6nemi<\/strong> talep etmeleri gerekiyor. Da\u011f\u0131t\u0131m d\u00f6nemleri yaln\u0131zca talep \u00fczerine sa\u011flanacak.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0130\u015fletmelerin ICS2 gerekliliklerine uyum sa\u011flama s\u00fcrecinde m\u00fc\u015fterilerinden do\u011fru ve eksiksiz veri toplad\u0131\u011f\u0131ndan, BT sistemlerini ve operasyonel s\u00fcre\u00e7lerini g\u00fcncelledi\u011finden ve personelini e\u011fitti\u011finden emin olmalar\u0131 gerekiyor. Ayr\u0131ca, ekonomik operat\u00f6rlerin g\u00fcmr\u00fck idarelerine eri\u015fimlerini do\u011frularken ve ICS2 ile ba\u011flant\u0131 kurmadan \u00f6nce \u2018kendi kendine uygunluk testi\u2019ni ba\u015far\u0131yla tamamlamalar\u0131 \u015fart ko\u015fuluyor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>ICS2<\/strong>&#8216;<strong>ye ayr\u0131nt\u0131l\u0131 bak\u0131\u015f<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>ICS2; Avrupa Komisyonu, \u00dcye Devletlerin g\u00fcmr\u00fck idareleri ve i\u015fletmeler aras\u0131nda yak\u0131n i\u015f birli\u011fi i\u00e7inde haz\u0131rland\u0131. ICS1, 1 Eyl\u00fcl 2025 tarihinden itibaren a\u015famal\u0131 olarak devre d\u0131\u015f\u0131 b\u0131rak\u0131lacak.
